OK Classmates of 1962!

The class of 1962 is invited to submit items you may have saved over the years that remind you of your days at BFHS.  Maybe you have saved  photos, a scrapbook, sports memorabilia, etc. and you remember where  you have them stored.  The BFAA museum committee is collecting items for the new museum.  Maybe you are willing to donate them or put them on loan for display in the museum.  Go to the bottom of this page and write a message about what you have that you would be willing to share.

2012 – 50th Class Reunion Enjoyed by All

A great time was had by all at our 50th class reunion held on October 6, 2012 at Frish Auf! Valley Country Club in LaGrange, Texas.  26 clasmates attended the reunion along with their spouses and guests.  There were 44 members in the class of 1962 at graduation.

Our class has lost 7 classmates since we graduated 50 years ago.  Those classmates include:  Harvey Barta; Freddie Berger; Donald Besetsny; Jo Ann Foyt; Roman Ripper; Thomas Watzlavick and Larry Winkler.

We have had a reunion every 5 years since 1972, and we actually had two class members who had never been to a reunion before.  We had a great class during high school and we were brought closer when we lost three members during our junior year.  We all seem to remain close and we always seem to pick up where we left off 5 years earlier.                                                                -Glenda Strobel Stavinoha
